This appears to be a reissue of a series produced by Cromwell for the History Channel five or six years ago. It gets played a great deal on the History Channel, or at least it did until the past six months or so. You can actually get both the old and new versions on Amazon. Go to my website, www.NapoleonicHistory.com and click on the DVD for further information. FYI, the show features a number of British historians and me. I think I held my own. Its a good show as to the intellectual content, but the production values were not all they could have been.
